Legacy surface retired

This verifier no longer represents HREVN EB1.

It belonged to the pre-v2 product path and could not express the current separation between mathematical signature, signer authority, product profile, time and anchor evidence. It has been disabled instead of being presented as a current verifier.

Use the current EB1 v2 product page for the protocol boundaries, or the SuperProperty verifier for an active product-specific example.
